Jobsite Superintendent

Our Superintendents work diligently to ensure each home under their supervision is progressing smoothly by keeping a close eye on each step of the process and that it is done correctly according to the requests of our customers. These team members must be organized, carefully attending to even the smallest of details. Excellent communication is essential. The superintendents contact the homeowners weekly to update them on the progress of their home and to set the expectations for the construction progress for the following week. Purchasing and Estimating

The individual in this position must be focused, efficient, enjoy working with numbers, and must be experienced in working with home plans. Our Purchasers and Estimators are responsible for creating material take-offs, collecting quotes, ordering materials, providing estimates to Sales Specialists for floor plans brought to us by prospective customers, and ensuring we are offering great products at the best value for our clients. New Home Sales Specialist

As a New Home Sales Specialist, you will be helping people choose, customize and build the home of their dreams.
