Idea Home & Design Studio Tour
Come explore one of our innovative Idea Homes and Design Studios where you will meet one of the New Home Sales Specialists that will guide you through a tour and discuss a design that fits your lifestyle. You will begin to discuss your budget and consider what included features and luxury options would make your life more comfortable.

Select Your New Home Design
We’re all about making the process of building a house fun and stress-free. Select from one of our many award-winning designs or meet with one of our in-house Design Team members to create a one-of-a-kind, truly custom home that is uniquely right for you and your family.

Homesite Visit
Meet with one of our Construction Managers at your homesite to discuss placement of your new home.

Home Personalization & Selections
Once you have selected your design, personalize the finishes of your home in our state-of-the-art Design Studio that allows you to select from hundreds of quality features all under one roof. Our Design Consultant and Studio create an atmosphere to enhance your experience and help you enjoy your home personalization.

Contract Signing & Financing
Now that you have a personalized home design and agree to a purchase price, you will then submit your plans and price proposal to the Lender of your choice for construction financing or pay cash for an initial deposit. We have great recommendations for Lenders if you do not already have one in mind.

Pre-Construction Meeting
This is the final review of plans, and confirmation of selections. A well collaborated transition from your New Home Sales Specialist over to your personal Jobsite Superintendent will take place at this time.

Hard Hat Tour
As the actual home-building process commences, your Jobsite Superintendent will give you a tour of the framing. You will be introduced to the Electrician and HVAC Technician as well. They will walk you through your home room by room to explain the placement of electric and HVAC components.
