  • How long does it take to build a new home?

    At Bay to Beach Builders, each custom home is built using a proven, efficient construction schedule. Once framing begins, most homes are completed within approximately 5 to 6 months—bringing you one step closer to move-in day and receiving the keys to your new home!

  • Does your company offer any warranties?

    Every Bay to Beach Builders home is backed by a 10-year structural warranty and a 1-year comprehensive warranty, providing peace of mind and long-term protection for your investment.

  • Do I need an appointment to tour the Idea Homes & Design Studios?

    We recommend an appointment, but it is not required, so that we can ensure a seamless experience. Our locations are open every day except Sunday. These consultations will review detailed questions such as pricing or customizations to a floor plan. Set aside an hour to meet with one of our professional Sales Specialists.

    Absolutely! Our in-house team of professional home designers works full-time to craft custom floor plans that reflect each homeowner’s unique vision and lifestyle.
